Background
I have been a fully qualified reflexologist since 2005. I have also been a BodyTalk Practitioner since June 2008 and I am now an Advanced and PaRama BodyTalk Practitioner. PaRama is the BodyTalk equivalent of post-graduate, so I am continually up-dating and improving my understanding of how we function and how I can work most effectively to the benefit of my clients. I absolutely love this work and seeing the results people (and animals too) experience.Within my reflexology and BodyTalk sessions I use the Mindscape technique, which enables me to work at a deeper level with my clients to help them achieve results. It also means that I can carry out distance BodyTalk sessions with clients worldwide.
