Why DIY Technique Is Such A Good One

The simple Cortices Technique is one of the core techniques of the BodyTalk System and I would like to share it with you.

Amanda's 'Supermarket Grounding' Technique

Here's a lovely easy way to ground yourself - anytime, anywhere.

I call it my 'Supermarket Grounding' technique because I usually remember to do it while I am waiting to pay - in the midst of the busy-ness of shoppers and tills, I treat myself to a moment of "me time", reconnecting to my core. It give me a few moments of centering and peace. Try it!!

    Amanda's Background

    I have been a fully qualified reflexologist since 2005, a BodyTalk Practitioner since 2008 and I am now an Advanced and PaRama BodyTalk Practitioner. PaRama is the BodyTalk equivalent of post-graduate, so I am continually up-dating and improving my understanding of how we function and how I can work most effectively to the benefit of my clients. I also qualified as a Quantum-Touch Practitioner in 2016. My sessions now tend to be an intuitive combination of BodyTalk and Quantum-Talk.

    Within my sessions I use the Mindscape technique, which enables me to work at a deeper level with my clients to help them achieve results. It also means that I can carry out distance sessions with clients worldwide.
